Assignment: Advise the Board and Management on resource allocation and M&A

Our client is a privately-held biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing novel human antibody therapeutics for a variety of diseases based on a proprietary platform technology. For our client, we developed and assessed its strategic choices and provided advice on M&A discussion. Torreya provided a number of services which included performing a review of antibodies in development, assessing program value, reviewing company personnel, making suggestions on reaching an optimal exit, discussing exit planning process, and suggesting counterparties to approach in an M&A context. Throughout the engagement, Torreya maintained close communication with both the Board and Management.
