Torreya Partners is a boutique advisory firm focused on the life sciences and was formed in January 2008. We have offices in New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco. Our goal is to create a collegial, user-friendly firm that provides the life science community with first-quality advisory service founded in corporate operating experience. Almost all of our Principals and Advisors have significant corporate experience and deep domain expertise.

• Over 200 years of collective experience in the life sciences sector in M&A and financing deals
• Collectively carried out over 500 M&A and financing transactions with a notional value in excess of $250 billion
Our clients include a range of prominent biotechnology companies, start-up ventures, investors and pharmaceutical companies. Our practice is global with a client base that includes a number of companies in China, Europe and Japan.
